Interpretation and Definitions in the WP Radar Terms and Conditions
Interpretation
The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Termination Under the WP Radar Terms and Conditions
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability. This applies for any reason whatsoever, including if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability in the WP Radar Terms and Conditions
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the Company and its suppliers have limited liability. Their entire liability under these Terms stays limited to the amount You actually paid through the Service. If You haven’t purchased anything through the Service, the limit is 100 USD. This is Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable. This covers any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. Damages include loss of profits, loss of data or other information, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy. The exclusion applies to damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Service. Third-party software or hardware used with the Service falls under the same rule. So do any other damages connected with any provision of these Terms. The exclusion holds even if someone told the Company or any supplier about the possibility of such damages. It also holds if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

As a result, some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
We provide the Service to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The Service comes with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties. The Company does so on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, licensors, and service providers. This covers warranties that are express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Service. All implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement fall under this rule. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking of any kind. The Company makes no representation that the Service will meet Your requirements or achieve any intended results. Nor does it represent that the Service will be compatible with any other software, applications, systems, or services. The Service may not operate without interruption or meet any performance or reliability standards. Likewise, it may not be error free. The Company also cannot promise that any errors or defects will be corrected.
Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor its providers makes any representation or warranty of any kind. This applies whether it is express or implied. This includes any warranty about the operation or availability of the Service. Any warranty about the information, content, and materials or products included on it falls under the same rule. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nor does it warrant the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service. Likewise, the Company gives no assurance that the Service, its servers, or its content are free of viruses or other harmful components. Such components include scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, and timebombs. E-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company follow the same rule.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties. They may also not allow limits on a consumer’s statutory rights. As a result, some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. In that case, the exclusions and limitations in this section apply to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
Governing Law Under the WP Radar Terms and Conditions
The laws of the United States govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Its conflicts of law rules are excluded. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve it informally. You can do this by contacting the Company.
For European Union (EU) Users
If You are a European Union consumer, You benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of Your country. This is the country where You live.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant two things. First, You are not located in a country that is subject to a United States government embargo. This includes any country designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country. Second, You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If a court holds any provision of these Terms unenforceable or invalid, we will change it. We will interpret it to meet its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, failing to exercise a right does not affect a party’s ability to exercise it later. The same applies to failing to require performance of an obligation under these Terms. A party’s ability to require that performance at any time thereafter stays the same. Waiving a breach does not waive any subsequent breach.
Translation Interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
Changes to the WP Radar Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will try to give at least 30 days’ notice. The notice will come before any new terms take effect. We will decide at Our sole discretion what constitutes a material change.
By continuing to use Our Service after revisions take effect, You agree to the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.
