Recommended Blogging Frequency

Recommended Blogging Frequency

One of a really great traffic methods for your online income funnel, or for internet marketing in general is blogging.

According to statistics sites with regularly delivered fresh content attract lot of visitors. This is one of he key characteristics that google search engine looks for when indexing pages.

Guest Blogging Gone Wrong The Don’ts of Guest Blogging

Companies that blog 15 or more times per month get five times more traffic than companies that don’t blog at all. And if you are a small business, increasing your blogging frequency can move the needle even more.

According to recent research small businesses (1-10 employees) tend to see the biggest gains in traffic when they publish more quality articles.

Start Strong and Continue Consistently

If you are interested in tons of FREE traffic to your website, you need to make it a habit and blog regularly. It is a matter of commitment. For best effects i highly recommend blogging daily for the first 2 months after launching your website, to give your fresh domain some recognition.

I usually blog about 15 times a month and it is enough to observe a steady growth in traffic. If you blog about 4 times a week it comes down to around 16-18 blogs per month which is a very good number. Afterward, blogging 15-20 times a month would be ideal.

Number of Generated Leads

In internet marketing, the number and quality of your subscribers are directly connected to your sales/your income. There is a close correlation between the frequency of blogging and the number of generated leads. In our case it would be the number of subscribers to your online income funnel site.

So if you are considering living of your online business – blogging is the best way to build steady traffic to your site, as well as a solid customer base, to whom you can market your niche related products.

Number of Posted Articles Affects Your Traffic

There seems to be a connection between the total number of posted blog articles and the number of visitors to your site. Usually if you have over 200 solid articles in your blog – you should have more than 600 visitors to your website.

That number can vary – depending on the quality of your articles and how well they are optimized for SEO (search engine optimisation).

Social Bookmarking and Social Media Syndication

Another thing that can have a great impact on the total number of visitors to your blog is social bookmarking, and social media syndication. If you post a link with short description to every single article you write on social bookmarking sites, as well as spread them on social media sites with great traffic statistics – the results will be multiplied.

One technique which can also greatly multiply your results is a bit similar to guest blogging. All you have to do is post a comment on somebody else’s blog – with great traffic, and back-link to your article. The key is to do it in a reasonable and civilised way.

First you need to gratify persons blog post. Then you could relate to it’s content and say what point’s you like and what you disagree with. Then you can say something like, my take on this topic is – post the link to your blog post. In the end gratify the author of the article again.

Quality Over Quantity

A key thing to keep in mind is that quality always matters more then quantity. If you feel like the quality of your blog posts is decreasing, and that you are stretching yourself too thin, it might be the time to consider lowering your blog posts frequency.

What I highly recommend is staying consistent. If you are blogging 3 times a week, try to keep it that way, and don’t just jump from blogging once a week to, seven times a week, to once a month again.

Your visitors might get confused. The more loyal visitors come back at least once a week for your new blogs, and if they find that nothing has changed for over a week they might not come back any more.

Special Social Media Tips

Another important thing to consider is having a special plugin on each of your blog posts that allows people to leave facebook comments, and share your blog, or tweet it.

It can have a viral effect and really boost your traffic. There are multiple plugins for WordPress you can use. We will go over them in our video training. (If you want to stay updated – leave your email address on resetyourexistence.com/wealth)

Summing Up

As we can see, blogging can have a very high impact on the traffic to your website. At the time i can’t think of a better way to steadily build your audience and generate loyal visitors who then turn into subscribers.

The only thing to keep in mind is that as everything else it might take months before your see actual results. This is why I recommend blogging daily for the first two months after you launched your website.

Also, make sure to keep up the quality of your articles, and each time before writing one, ask yourself – how is this article going to help people who will read it.
